Who we are

This website (https://armorflooringidaho.com/) is Armor Flooring Idaho. Legal name: Armor Flooring Idaho Epoxy LLC. It is a family-owned floor-coating company based in Eagle, Idaho. Call (208) 585-7249.

The site has no customer accounts and does not take payment.

Contact form

The form on the contact page is for estimate requests. It is sent with a POST to https://bookdawg.app/api/v1/contact/armor-flooring. That address is BookDawg (bookdawg.app), the shop's booking and messaging provider. BookDawg relays the message and emails it to the shop. We use it to reply about your floor.

The form asks for your full name (required), email (required), phone (optional, so we can call you back), city (required), and a message (required).

Two more questions are optional: square footage, and what is on the floor now (bare concrete, old coating or flooring to remove, or not sure). Those answers are submitted with the form. BookDawg passes on name, email, phone, city, and message, and does not pass square footage or the floor answer on their own. If JavaScript is running, the site copies those two answers to the top of the message before the form is sent, so they are part of the message the shop receives. If JavaScript is off, BookDawg leaves them out of the email to the shop. The rest of the message still goes through.

The form also includes a hidden field named Website. You are not asked to fill it in. It is submitted with the other fields, left blank, and is there to catch automated spam that fills every box.

After BookDawg accepts the message, the shop's settings in BookDawg send you to our thank-you page.

Ad click tags and color choices

If the address you landed on includes an ad click ID or campaign tag (gclid, gbraid, wbraid, utm_source, utm_medium, or utm_campaign), the site stores it in this browser's session storage for the session and sends it with the contact form (with JavaScript on). BookDawg does not currently store it. If you pick a base color and a flake blend in the color chooser, those choices are added to the contact page's address and, with JavaScript on, sent with the form too. This site does not set its own cookies for that.

SMS / text messages

BookDawg sends text messages for Armor Flooring Idaho, such as booking confirmations and reminders. Submitting the contact form does not sign you up for text messages. We use your contact details only to respond to your request.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as our text-message provider Twilio, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

BookDawg's Terms of Service include its SMS terms. How a BookDawg text starts is on https://bookdawg.app/opt-in.

Google Analytics and Google Ads

On armorflooringidaho.com and www.armorflooringidaho.com, the site loads Google's tag (gtag.js from googletagmanager.com) after the page has loaded. The tag is configured for Google Analytics 4 (G-8R6NXX0JEN) and Google Ads (AW-16525735996). It loads only on those hostnames.

When the tag is loaded, a page visit is sent to Google Analytics and Google Ads. We also send three events:

click_to_call. When you click a phone number. The event includes that link and its text, which is our number, not yours.

quote_click. When you click a Contact Us link (any link to the contact form) or submit the color chooser. The event includes the link, its text, and, for the color chooser, the choices on that form.

generate_lead. When the thank-you page is opened. The event says a contact-form lead happened. It does not include your name, email, phone, city, or message. Opening that page directly sends the same event.

If a Google Ads conversion label is turned on for one of those events, the same event is also sent to Google Ads as a conversion.

Google's tag uses cookies to measure visits and ads. Google describes what it collects on How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

The site also keeps a copy of each event in the browser for that page view, so the tag can be checked. We do not receive that copy. When the tag is not loaded, the event is written to the browser console instead of being sent to Google.

How to limit measurement

You can block or delete cookies in your browser. The contact form still works if you do. You can control Google ads in Google's Ads Settings, and you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Map

The contact page embeds one Google map of the area we serve. When the map loads, Google may receive your IP address and use its own cookies. That is the only embedded frame on the site.

Fonts and links to other sites

The typefaces, Inter and Russo One, are files on this site. We do not load fonts from Google or any other font service.

Links to Facebook, Google reviews, and chamber of commerce sites leave this site only when you click them. We do not run a Facebook pixel or any analytics script other than the Google tag above.

Selling personal information

We do not sell personal information. What this site shares is the contact message with BookDawg, so BookDawg can email the shop, and the measurement events with Google, as described above. Google receives those visits and events, not what you type in the contact form.

How long we keep information

This site does not keep a copy of what you submit. BookDawg and the shop keep contact messages for 24 months.

Google keeps analytics and ads data under its own settings. See the Google page linked above.

Children

This site is for people choosing floor coatings. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child sent us a message, call us and we will ask that it be deleted.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the effective date. Effective date: 2026-10-26.
